The USDA program is similar to SBA 7A financing with some differences in loan minimums and maximums, prepayment penalties, etc. The main difference is population density requirements. While we don't do residential lending, we can finance portfolios of single-family homes or condos. As an example, we have provided funding for 60 townhomes within a complex and portfolios of 25, 27, 35, 44, and 12 condos within other complexes.
